Can Simple Modern products be used for hot and cold?

Yes, our products are made from high-grade stainless steel with double-walled, vacuum insulation technology that is perfect for keeping your beverages hot or cold for hours.

Will my product sweat or be hot to touch?

No need for koozies or coasters! No matter the temperature of the liquid in our bottles and tumblers, it will never sweat or be hot to the touch.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

We do not recommend that you put our products in the dishwasher. While it won't hurt the internal properties of our products, it could cause damage to the exterior or damage the powder coating. Our lids and accessories are top rack dishwasher safe.

Can I put my product in the microwave or refrigerator?

Never place our products in the microwave as this could cause damage to your product and/or your microwave. We also do not recommend that you place your product in the refrigerator or freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of your product.

What if there is something wrong with my product?

Your purchase will be protected by our limited lifetime warranty. If your product is defective please email support@simplemodern.com for assistance.

Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.

When will my order ship?

Orders will typically ship in 3-5 business days. Depending on which products you order, products could come separately from different fulfillment centers.

How many days should I expect for shipping?

Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.

Do you ship to international destinations?

Simple Modern will ship products to Canada, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.

Absolutely. Simple Modern uses only BPA-free and lead-free paint, inks, and powder coating materials on its products and subjects its paints, inks, and powder coatings to independent, third-party testing to verify they are free of BPA, lead, and other toxins.

Love this brand but Summit water jug didn’t impress

This is extremely large. Seems like the bigger the cup/jug the material used is compromised. Dings easily, used 1 time and scratches are all over it. Will be great for pool side. At that time we will see how well the beverages stay cold. But I love all their other cups!!! Great company, quick shipping and amazing customer service!!!

The best water bottle

I have purchased I think 5 water bottles from this company at this point. I did have a bad experience with 2 of them. I called customer service and they took care of it and ordered replacements ASAP. New ones are perfect. Better than a YETI. You will not regret going with this brand. I will not change brands.
