Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.

Do you ship to international destinations?

Simple Modern will ship products to Canada, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.

Other international locations are not supported at this time.

Great product and even better service

On a recent trip we lost the O-ring seal for our favorite thermos. We liked the container so much that I reached out to simple modern support to see if they could get me the part, or at least tell me the dimensions of the part so I could try to buy something comparable.

Unfortunately, they didn't have parts for our older (discontinued) product, and the service team couldn't be sure of the dimensions. While disappointed, I was satisfied with that answer. But they weren't. I soon got a message inviting me to pick a comparable replacement product from their website, which they then sent to me at no charge.

Not only does the new product function just as well at keeping food warm (for over 8 hours in our usage), but it also has some ergonomic upgrades that make it even nicer than the original product we liked so much.
