Simple Modern Launches 50K Sorority Giveaway

Simple Modern is giving away 50,000 40-ounce Trek tumblers to women’s organizations and sororities at universities across the country in time for the 2024-2025 school year.

Aligning with its mission to give back generously, Simple Modern recently launched a nationwide search to highlight women’s organizations on college campuses that celebrate women and also share a mission of generosity.

“Collegiate women are the next generation of entrepreneurs, judges, nonprofit leaders, CEOs, moms and so much more,” said Chris Hoyle, Simple Modern Chief Marketing Officer. “We want to be a part of making sure the next generation of leaders are ready for the challenges ahead, and we’re so excited to partner with women’s groups and sororities on college campuses across the country to help keep them hydrated as they work and study all year long.”

Nominations to receive free 40-ounce Treks are now open, and nominees can select from four exclusive designs that are only available during this collegiate giveaway. In addition, each organization will receive between 300-1,000 Treks based on need and desired use. As such, Simple Modern not only is asking the women to give freely to their organization but also share the drinkware with anyone else in their community that could benefit from the donation as well.

“We want to empower these women to not only share with their entire sisterhood, but also find others in their community that they can share the love with and help spread the message of generosity even further,” Hoyle said. “We’re excited to see how far and how wide we can spread generosity through this giveaway.”

On May 15, Simple Modern will select the organizations and sororities that will receive their portion of the 50,000 Trek giveaway and notify the student leaders via email. In July, Simple Modern will announce all winners to the public.

Then, sororities and groups will receive delivery of their personally selected cups in early August, just in time for panhellenic rush and other back-to-school activities for the 2024-2025 school year.
