Simple Modern Return Policy

At Simple Modern, we strive to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return policy makes it easy for you to resolve it.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
  • Most unused, non-defective items can be returned for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Limited edition drops, personalized or custom engraved items, and purchases made in Canada are not eligible for returns.
Return Process

For Purchases Made Before November 20, 2024:
  1. Email our support team at [email protected] to request a pre-paid shipping label.
  2. Use the provided label to return your item.
For Purchases Made On or After November 20, 2024:
  1. Visit our Loop Return Portal: here
    If you opted for “Offset” at checkout, your return label fee will be covered.
    If you did not opt for “Offset,” an $11 fee will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Generate your return label, print it, and securely attach it to your package.
  3. Drop off your package at your nearest carrier location, and we’ll handle the rest!

Additional Notes

  • We do not accept exchanges.
  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • Large orders or frequent returns may incur restocking fees at our discretion.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or any personalized items are non-returnable.
