Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.
Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.
Simple Modern will ship products to Canada, but these orders may be subject to import taxes, customs/duties, and other fees that are not included in the check out total.
Other international locations are not supported at this time.
Orders will typically ship in 3-5 business days. Depending on which products you order, products could come separately from different fulfillment centers.
Most non-defective products purchased on simplemodern.com can be returned for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note: personalized products, limited edition drops, and purchases made in Canada are not eligible for returns. Additionally, large orders or frequent returns may incur restocking fees.
For Purchases Made Before November 20, 2024:1. Email our support team at [email protected] to request a pre-paid shipping label.2. Use the provided label to return your item.For Purchases Made On or After November 20, 2024:1. Visit our Loop Return Portal: here-If you opted for “Offset” at checkout, your return label fee will be covered.-If you did not opt for “Offset,” an $11 fee will be deducted from your refund.2. Generate your return label, print it, and securely attach it to your package.3. Drop off your package at your nearest carrier location, and we’ll handle the rest!
Since all personalized or custom engraving orders are permanently customized to your liking, they are not eligible for returns.
Never place our products in the microwave as this could cause damage to your product and/or your microwave. We also do not recommend that you place your product in the refrigerator or freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of your product.
