Simple Modern’s Chris Hoyle Named AMA-OKC Oklahoma Marketer of the Year The American Marketing Association Oklahoma City Chapter recently selected the Simple Modern Chief Marketing Officer to receive its Oklahoma Marketer of the Year award for his outstanding contributions to the marketing industry. Simple Modern is pleased to announce AMA-OKC has recognized Chris Hoyle, Chief Marketing Officer, as its Oklahoma Marketer of the Year for 2024. This award recognizes outstanding contributions to the marketing industry each year, and it is awarded based on nominations from peers. AMA-OKC presented this year’s awards at the Marketing Excellence Awards Friday, Sept. 27 at Will Rogers Theater, 4322 N. Western Ave. in Oklahoma City. “We are thrilled the marketing professionals in Oklahoma City are recognizing what we’ve known for years: Chris is the best marketing professional in Oklahoma,” said Mike Beckham, Simple Modern founder and CEO. “We’re honored he is an integral part of the Simple Modern executive leadership team as we owe a tremendous amount to him for the growth we’ve seen during the past nine years.”Hoyle currently oversees the marketing strategy for the multi-million dollar, leading drinkware and consumer goods company. In this role, Hoyle manages the company’s strategic plan through marketing all enterprises from significant product launches to corporate brand initiatives, helping to align with the company’s mission to give generously. “I am humbled and honored to receive this recognition from AMA-OKC,” Hoyle said. “To me, this is a team award, and what AMA-OKC recognized was an amazing team. I’m thankful for the recognition this award brings to Simple Modern, and I’m grateful to be a part of a company built around generosity.” Before becoming Simple Modern’s Chief Marketing Officer, Hoyle was the Vice President of Sales and Chief Operating Officer at the company as well. Previously, Hoyle held executive positions with industry giants like Cadbury, Kraft and Ferrara Candy.
