Simple Modern to Give 40,000 “Fighting Together” Tumblers to Those Battling Cancer
Simple Modern, which exists to give generously, is partnering with cancer hospitals in several cities and leveraging its website to give away 40,000 tumblers to help cancer patients meet their hydration needs during treatment.

 

 

Simple Modern, a leading producer of premium drinkware and consumer products, will give away 40,000 “Fighting Together” Trek tumblers beginning Nov. 6 to help any cancer patient meet hydration goals during treatment.

The $1.6 million donation is part of Simple Modern’s mission to give generously.

Any cancer patient or caregiver to a cancer patient can receive one “Fighting Together” Trek tumbler for free either through partnerships with several select hospitals or through visiting simplemodern.com. To receive a Fighting Together tumbler, cancer patients or those caring for them can go to simplemodern.com and order the special Fighting Together tumbler.

“We want to come alongside anyone who is battling cancer and help them in the way that we uniquely can – with their hydration needs during treatment,” said Mike Beckham, Simple Modern founder and CEO. “We exist to give generously, and we want to give these Treks to anyone going through cancer or anyone caring for someone going through cancer because we know we could at least help solve how to stay hydrated during such a trying time.”

Simple Modern is partnering with Oklahoma’s OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center and The University of Kansas Cancer Center to give 1,000 “Fighting Together” Treks to any cancer patient at these hospitals.

“We wanted to be sure we started this generosity initiative by reaching out to the experts who know best how to care for cancer patients,” Beckham said. “We are proud to add these hospitals as our partners, and we are so happy to play a tiny part in helping these doctors and nurses care for those fighting cancer.”

Since Simple Modern’s inception, it has existed to give generously. And in less than 10 years, Simple Modern has given more than $10 million to more than 1,000 nonprofits.
