Broken lids and drinkware that has lost its insulating properties are covered but general wear and tear like dents and scratches are not.

I've been using the privision food jar every day for almost 5 years. The lid was leaking on and off for a while and I contacted customer service about it. They sent two replacements, one in black and one to match the pink jar I have. Excellent service and I'm so glad to keep using the jar!
Glad Simple Modern has an outstanding customer service and sent me this lid for my food container, it fits perfectly, and it’s even better than the one we had before.
I needed a new O-ring for my 24oz canteen, as without it the container leaked. I contacted customer service (which was conveniently noted on the bottom) to acquire a new one. Now I don't need to replace the whole thing.
